For a developer client, we completely gutted and renovated an older two-story home in the Beverlywood area, then staged it for sale.

With both the budget and timeline tightly defined, every design decision had to make the most of the available resources. Thoughtful material selections, coordinated finishes and carefully chosen furnishings gave the home a cohesive, welcoming feel while keeping the renovation and market staging on schedule.
